Happy Birthday to Claire!
Today we celebrated Claire's birthday with a party at school. It was my first time seeing Claire in her classroom setting since school began and it was such a treat. The kids were so excited to have a visitor. I brought birthday cookies and a take home treat for all the kids and then they had a super silly dance party. Claire doesn't go to school on Mondays, but the kids that were there had made her a super-cute birthday crown to wear. It was such a fun way to spend the morning. In the car on the way home Claire told me that I "did a great job in school today". Love that kid!

The Pumpkin Patch
As if the weekend wasn't already busy enough, we also squeezed in a trip to the pumpkin patch to pick out our 'carving' pumpkin. Since Daddy is our official carver he got to choose the winning gourd.

Claire's 3rd Birthday Party
We celebrated Claire's 3rd birthday party with a Halloween themed party at the park. The weather that day was so perfect and the party was a blast. We played several games, the kids played on the playground, and then we had snacks and cake. It was a wonderful day!

Emma's Kindergarten Field Trip
I feel soooo lucky to have been able to chaperon Emma's first school field trip this week. The entire kindergarten class went to Pumpkin Patch Farm in Adairsville. The kids spent the entire day exploring the farm, visiting the animals, playing games, touring the farm on a hay ride, etc. We had a picnic on the farm for lunch and everyone got to take home a pumpkin. It was such a wonderful day and the kids we so well-behaved and fun!

Tate Farm
This weekend we went to Tate Farm in Alabama. We went last year and loved it so much that we had to go back again. Besides being an awesome pumpkin patch, there is also so much more to do there: hayrides, petting zoo, corn baths, carn rides, tire swings, etc.
